Studied graphic design at the Kuwasawa Design
Institute in Tokyo. Her watercolour paintings mainly feature exotic animals, travel, music and flowers. She also contributes her illustrations to travel magazines, botanical magazines, book covers and many other publications. One of her main interests is ethnic music. Especially she loves a Sitar. Yukari designed Chimera Films' logo when the companywas set up in 1995. She lives in Tokyo.
